1. Scope and offer-specific conditions

These Bonus Terms apply to welcome, reload, no-deposit, free-spin, promo-code, Cashback, VIP, and other promotional entitlements. The material conditions shown for the particular offer form part of these Terms and prevail if they are more specific.

Before participating, review the offer title, eligibility event, currency, amount or percentage, minimum deposit, wagering multiplier, eligible games, lifetime, free-spin destination, and any maximum bonus or cashout. If a material condition is not displayed or is unclear, do not activate the offer and contact support.

2. Eligibility and activation

Eligibility may depend on the Website domain, account currency and status, country or service availability, campaign schedule, required account flags, previous deposits or participation, promo code, and a verified registration, email, deposit, game, or other event. A claim may remain pending until every condition is rechecked.

One completed qualifying deposit activates at most one deposit campaign. The latest eligible pending promo claim has priority; otherwise the configured eligible campaign order is used. A claim or displayed campaign does not guarantee issuance.

3. One active monetary entitlement

Only one potentially monetary bonus entitlement may be active or wagering for an account currency at a time. A free-spin package whose winnings can enter bonus balance also reserves that place. Other eligible entitlements may remain pending and activate later in their applicable order.

4. Bonus wallet and order of play

Bonus money is shown separately, is playable, and cannot be withdrawn directly. Ordinary cash stakes use available bonus balance first and real balance for the remainder. A win from a bonus-bound cash round returns to bonus balance, even when all or part of that round’s stake came from real balance. An unbound real-money round returns its win to real balance.

5. Wagering progress

The issued bonus amount and offer multiplier determine the wagering requirement. Every ordinary cash stake in a bonus-bound round counts at 100%, including the real-funded portion of a split stake. Free-spin stakes, wins, and rollback actions do not add ordinary cash wagering progress. A rollback removes the progress created by the original action.

6. Eligible games, free spins, and open rounds

A no-deposit or free-spin offer may be limited to specific games. Eligibility is captured when the entitlement is issued, so later campaign edits do not rewrite an existing entitlement. Attempting to launch or use a restricted bonus outside its allowed games may be blocked.

Completion waits until linked free-spin packages reach a terminal state and every open bonus-bound round is settled. A qualifying free-spin win may increase bonus balance and its wagering requirement according to the issued offer snapshot.

7. Completion and maximum cashout

When wagering, linked free spins, and open rounds are complete, the transferable bonus balance moves to real balance. If the offer has a maximum cashout, no more than that amount is transferred and the excess is removed. If there is no maximum cashout, the eligible remaining bonus balance is transferred.

8. Expiry, cancellation, and forfeiture

Each entitlement has an expiry or schedule. On expiry, remaining bonus balance and unused linked grants are removed, except that settlement may wait briefly for an already-started valid round that is still within its callback window. Expiry does not remove real balance.

A reversed or charged-back qualifying deposit, duplicate-account abuse, false eligibility information, prohibited play, payment abuse, or campaign manipulation may cancel the related entitlement, reverse dependent settlement where safely possible, and remove unsettled bonus proceeds.

9. Cashback and VIP rewards

Cashback is calculated only from eligible unbound real-wallet slot play under the effective campaign; bonus-bound or split play, free spins, deposits, withdrawals, and unrelated operations do not contribute. A positive award is credited under the campaign’s bonus and wagering rules.

VIP points are kept in a separate loyalty ledger and may be exchanged only through an available published package. Exchange availability, points cost, real-money amount, currency, schedule, and account eligibility are rechecked when the exchange is submitted.

10. Fair use, records, and disputes

Do not create multiple accounts, coordinate play, automate actions, exploit a technical error, manipulate a qualifying event, or attempt to receive the same entitlement more than once. We may withhold issuance or investigate affected bonus activity, but corrections must follow the recorded bonus and wallet ledgers.
